I would not want a lab sales job that has 5 WEEKS IN HOUSE training that is just moronic !

The Training director is very good at working those around her. The assumption from inside VPs is that she does a good job. I was told that. They do not measure results, success rates, turnover etc. She is good at self premonition. What ever happened to performance. Personally I like her, but from a business standpoint she is out. To be fair the last 12 months have been tuff due to all the bad news.

I was aware that this place was going downhill fast
but did a phone screen anyway just to see what the manager would say.
I declined to move forward way to suspect !
