Training

Training was a joke! I have never had a training that was so long and accomplished so little.

I love how on the investor calls that ask if we are being trained effectively enough. My guess is the board needs to step in and fire the director, as the current leaders can't see past the chest.

Thought training was accountable for sales numbers post training. If that were the case, there would no longer be a training dept.

Isn't that why the first round of hires were penalized bc they did ramp up with sales? The entire mgmt team exposed them to hell bc they didn't feel as if they met expectations.

Was training held accountable?
 




































Not my experience. Sorry, have to disagree. Very good. Seems like since I have joined the organization there are a lot of unhappy people. Have you all considered leaving and finding a new job? But then again, my guess would be that most of you are probably negative by nature. By the way, try working every now and then. Your performance or lack there of speaks for itself. The fact that they brought a traveling CC into the training role who never delivered a number is proof that the training mgr has no clue what she is doing. But he still had a better chance of putting out a new hire than she does (now) on her own.
