Toxic boss

Bad bosses get hyper-focused on small things and overlook the bigger picture.

What's your experience or example?
My last boss, Tom Gardner, was a mess. He would call my customers without my knowledge and ask "why aren't you buying??" It killed 3 years of rapport building and trust. He was hired as a "VP" but was really a west coast rep. In one year the guy didn't generate ONE SINGLE LEAD, let alone close anything. Total joke. And by the way--Since Tom negated my separation agreement that owed me $10,000, all I can say is FUCK YOU TOM! You suck and I am better off.

Two questions about R&D

I can't tell you if things are any better, I didn't stick around to find out.
If you go to GlassDoor it's pretty clear that the chief human resources officer knew things were toxic. Just look at her reply to Feb 16, 2022 - Director in San Diego, CA "Used to be one of the best; now worse than the rest"

Welcome to corporate America.

It won't get better.

Start your own business in real estate or insurance or something you like, if you are truly ambitious.

Leave the corporate work to the idiots that deserve each other.

I have about 150 examples I can give you in my 20 years if selling with these pukes. But, I won't waste your time.
