What about the Corn…guy in the mid-Atlantic? Seems to be an HR under-study.

Anyone that came in already aligned with the good old boy network, be careful and watch yourself.
Hell ya this place is toxic.
What gives it away,
poor communication?
cliques?
gossip?
growth is held back?
high turnover for highly skilled?
declining self-esteem?

Lester Green is my new manager. He seems pretty cool. Anybody have any intel on him?
He’s north of the border now hitting from the other side of the plate.Remember the goon from saskatoon? Where'd he end up?
Denise has all these Avanir losers tied to her here. Bunch of low rent morons.
My last boss, Tom Gardner, was a mess. He would call my customers without my knowledge and ask "why aren't you buying??" It killed 3 years of rapport building and trust. He was hired as a "VP" but was really a west coast rep. In one year the guy didn't generate ONE SINGLE LEAD, let alone close anything. Total joke. And by the way--Since Tom negated my separation agreement that owed me $10,000, all I can say is FUCK YOU TOM! You suck and I am better off.Bad bosses get hyper-focused on small things and overlook the bigger picture.
What's your experience or example?

Damn broad is a cancer and rewards reps that bow down to her. She spreads venom and poisons the ranks.
Two questions about R&D
First- are things differently/better without Haig?
Second: Whst was Haig's major malfunction?
• Narcissistic personality disorder?
• Borderline personality disorder?
• Psychopathy?
