continue current CSO contracts as long as they can til it’s obvious they can’t support them any more. Merck, NVS, Neos, duchesnay, etc. they fired all the people who can support them. Those contracts will all go away due to ineptitude and lack of resources. SG and other customer service lightweights can’t help. Then all,that’s left is the call center which is where they expect to get their margin. But the talent is so light that they’re going to have to make moves there too.
