Admit it, Tom rode you hard. Your lack of people skills, minimal intelligence and super ego that you are the hired "hard ass" are some of your biggest faults.

Forgetting that Tornier used to be a cool company with shoulder specialists is the bigger fault.

I'm thinking about making the switch from independent rep to direct rep with Tornier. Has anyone done that, if so what's the good & bad?
