Not sure why the delays. Must have put the me too status on the FDA approval documents. 18 months ago abbvie was projected 1 st to market. That is is a big disappointment

We received Breakthrough Status, we filed in April and our PDUFA date was set at Dec 21st. There is always an 8 month review once you file. Technically we are right on track. Harvoni also had Breakthrough Status and had the same 8 month review after filing (Harvoni was approved on their PDUFA date also). The problem was folks in upper management telling line staff 8-9 months ago that "we will be approved any day" and "we'll be approved before Harvoni." So now it seems like there is a delay. There was never any indication that we would be approved before Harvoni based on our study timelines and completed data sets that we needed to file with.

This constitutes deliberate fraud! Decisions to accept jobs were based on Lootzie and Loouie statements of first to market!! I plan to file suit against Abbvie and HCV management. Join me in getting restitution for this travesty of puffery!!!!!!!!!! F'em

Nobody ever said we would be approved first. Sure that would have been nice but no big deal now.

Why are y'all defending the crap that is happening to us? Be a man and not a puppet for management. Y'all must be one of those Abbvie brown-nose lifers! Well let me tell y'all that the unemployment line makes no distinction for for kiss arsers. At least I will have the satisfaction of suing the LIARS! In fact, my wife is going back to work as a arbitrage trader just to protect our disposal income! Do y'all have muscle between the ears!!
