Thoughts on Justin Lampropoulos

The one thing that stuck out to me at the last sales meeting was how many reps were looking to leave

Ball and chain? Use the door, dumbass. I made my numbers last year. I made President's Club. The territory I took over had a total holdover in it. Obvious as many of my customers barely knew of him (and his former regional director who was put on probation for his years of bad performance I was told). Good riddance.

There’s my Saturday read of the internet and my responses. Comedy at its finest. I especially like the suggestions of the hotline. That’s probably the funniest thing I’ve ever read in addition to one of the holdover reps suggesting they should jump into management. I always loved Merit’s mission of understand, innovate, deliver. The holdovers are complain, underperform, and underdeliver.

Everyone of you. Justin welcomes the call. But you little ball sacks have zero guts or courage to pick up the phone. ZERO!!!! You write anonymous shit on a website. Whiny little bitches that need to pack up and move on. The direction is solid and I personally cannot stand the little entitled bitches who feel they’re owed something. Merit just needs a CEO and Chairman that encourages feedback and input from the people around them. Merit has been a one man show since the beginning and it’s only recently that things got out of control. Maybe it’s time to hear from some other voices. We have no idea what the Board actually thinks. Maybe they are like everyone else, aware that if they disagree with the boss they will lose their seat. I’m sure people have been fired or pushed aside for speaking their mind.

You are so elite or entitled as others have said here that you think you should know what the board thinks? Do your job man. Maybe you should care what your manager thinks or be the CEO. That way you’ll have the opinions of the board. Peace out yo.

How dare you suggest that the internet warriors don’t know the intricate workings of a 6,000 person company. How dare you suggest that people perform the job they are paid to do. How dare you suggest that some internet warrior creates a distorted e-identity to project credibility and suggest they know the numbers amongst other critical data points.
 






Justin is a total stud and has done incredible things in the last few years. He’s about as tenacious as they get and I, for one, chuckle at the comments here. He’s built a rock solid team of executives to run what we call franchises and moved the company light years ahead of where it was ten years ago. This has been hard for some of my peers and some of the older generation of Merit employees. No matter what the haters say here, he’s a solid leader and about as sharp as they come. The guy knows Merit about as good as you could known it — both strengths and weaknesses. Don’t listen to the haters, Justin! They were here before you and found a reason to complain about everyone then as well.

Five pages on Justin. Bigger issue people. Justin doesn’t run the US. Todd Frese does. He’s the ‘senior VP’ right? Wrong. He’s a disloyal little shit. Talks behind his back constantly and is treasonous. Building a toxic culture beyond belief and it’s well known. The guys completely undermines Fred, Justin and other leaders. Todd did the same thing at Bard and Olympus. I was there. His reputation is less than stellar. Who hired Todd anyways? He’s been tossed from every company he’s ever worked for.

Subpoena the provider, your IP address, conduct discovery, lay a claim in either a state or federal court and retire! No more regional vp breathing down my neck finally!!!!! Not that difficult. Justin and buddy, tell your internet attorney BF CP doesn’t record IP address or any identifying info with anonymous posts. Even if subpoenaed they have no info. Truth is an absolute defense to libel. Cheers
 






Let’s get a few things straight.

As someone pointed out earlier, most of us sales reps just don’t know Justin or Todd beyond annual or regional meetings so anyone claiming otherwise of full of it. Justin is an excellent guy. It’s just that simple. Doing what others should have done a decade ago. From my little perch he’s built the right team and divisions. It’s paying off obviously. Todd is an all round excellent sales VP. I have had several conversations with him. He’s a breath of fresh air compared to the former sales VP Don =Disaster= Dunn. His work is obviously paying off. This has to be the dumbest internet conversation I’ve ever read and obviously has a troll or two. My guess is it is a disgruntled ex sales rep. That’s a shockingly outlandish guess. I realize that.
 


















Don't get me wrong, all of these things are true, but over time with mentoring and exposure to his father and other business leaders he may do alright. I'm not a fan, but I would guess that he is now getting all of the education that he can handle -- far better than the "Harvard" schooling he received ;)
