The retina reps are the only one's making any money and word is that they are being pushed to grow more than what is realistic. Len has no respect for the field, that is pretty fair to say.

Its a bullish it place to work. Poor leadership from other big pharma companies. So if you like the dull mentality of big pharma, this is okay. If not, get the hell out. You'll hear bull fucking shit things like "courageous clinical conversations" and things like that. Sounds cute, but not having it.

CV sales suck ass. If your top 1-2 plans are ESI, you do well. If not, you suck ass. Company applied a model based on ESI contract to all territories so could have grown your business pretty good, but still shit out when it comes to IC. The place is the shits. Stay away.

Don't do it! This place is a hell hole. Eylea continues to pay all of the bills. The other drugs stink and the leadership is even worse. People are miserable.

How many reps sell Eylea? I know Lucentis had about 70 reps at its peak.

about 50 but planning to grow, but will be downsizing other sales areas that aren’t doing so well and this should start in 2019 so just keep in mind they’ll try to keep at least some of those people,

Where are you joining? We’re giving Praluent to Sanofi in 2019 so if that’s your destination and you’re in Commercial I’d avoid, if you’re in RD then you’ll be ol. Also lots of questions on RA and Libtayo so caution is advised. Good luck to you.
