The turnover here.........................the truth

Poor thing. Saying prayers for you. But you should be running in the other direction. JS is one of, if not the most unethical and corrupt person (besides all of HR and legal,) that walks the halls of JC. LT is just another pawn he has. She's his brains right now and honestly, she's a low watt bulb herself. The minute he has no use for her or she crosses him, he'll run the bus over her too. He's on a mission to fool Japan into thinking he is the best thing in JC. JS and his Motley Crew are living the life right now. Whole bunch of poorly trained clueless new people to do their bidding and blame for any mistakes. What could go wrong?! It's sickening to see such an ignorant duffus getting over the way he does. I guess PT wishes he never left now. He's missing out. I honestly can't understand why Japan has not figured this Motley Crew out yet.

LT is JSs step n fetch. She steps out of meetings and calls with him, fetches whatever he requests, takes it back to him and does it all day, every day. Her questions are his questions. She doesn’t understand why she is asking the question or what it means, what the answer is or the how the words matter. Just make sure the slide is very complicated and has shiny colors and lots of arrows and bullets and technical terms that Japan can’t challenge. Then on to the next call.

The new hires are already wondering WTH they've gotten into. "This is crazytown". They initially think it's only because it's pre-launch but when they're told this is SOP, you can see the fear. A couple are already headed for the exits

No details of the CRL have been released. Nothing to worry about
The FDA cited two areas that require more information or additional review:
  • Product quality: The company recently submitted additional product quality data to the FDA, but it has not yet been reviewed
  • Infusion device master file: This file is proprietary to the device manufacturer
So, Other than the Drug and the device, everything was fine?

ND0612 will never see the light of day. All the hype was for nothing. Japan and Israel and the US are already battling over who was responsible for this mess and who will fix it. The emails and calls taking place are like the standoff in Reservoir Dogs. There is no good outcome.

Take the summer off. And the fall and winter. It's going to be at least a year. And we weren't even close to ready
Cuts are imminent -primarily in the patient support areas. We were bulking up in anticipation of ND0612 but a critical review of the CRL shows that approval is highly unlikely.

JS sees sales are flat and we can’t keep funding the bloated infrastructure. Field vacancies will either not be backfilled or slow-walked, and “restructuring” of internal heads and budgets is being done now with cuts for the balance of 2024 being announced shortly after Labor Day.

The recent shift in the US election outcomes is also playing a role. 2025 will be very lean.

MTPA has a bad reputation in the industry due to poor leadership. Leadership that has had no leadership training and manages by intimidation and threats. HR is just as bad.

Do NOT come here unless you are desperate or need a resume builder. Money can be good, but beware the next quarter. Unhappiness doesn’t trump money. Especially since management is fear based and micromanaged by their managers. Shit runs downhill. Starts at the top.

With no product approval coming, these people have nothing to do except hyper manage meaningless details and never make any decisions. Just keep spinning the wheel of meetings and questions and slides and pointlessness. Spend money and look busy but never get nothing done and don’t worry about making things better for both our patients.

It's actually a fascinating study in organizational dynamics. JS runs the show, and is the absolute definition of the "Peter Principal." Sales Manager MB wakes her team up at 6 am pacific with sales updates everyday, then wonders why she has the worst turnover in the country. The product isn't sold on efficacy or safety, but on hope. Yes, hope. Hope that you might outrun a disease that you can't outrun. JS has never had this much responsibility in his career, and it shows. However he is a big, fast talking Italian, and the Japanese don't know any better. The one thing JS did right, was research what the hell JL was doing, wasting company resources and pretending he was in some way adding to the organization. SO good on JS for that.. Also, well done ZS for getting that contract.....

Project FlusterCuck is a secret JS initiative. LT is his “assistant to the manager” and she is taking that job VERY seriously. Running around like a chicken with her butt cut off and winding everyone up. You’ll know the objectives when ND0612 is approved. Until then just trust them.
