With no product approval coming, these people have nothing to do except hyper manage meaningless details and never make any decisions. Just keep spinning the wheel of meetings and questions and slides and pointlessness. Spend money and look busy but never get nothing done and don’t worry about making things better for both our patients.MTPA has a bad reputation in the industry due to poor leadership. Leadership that has had no leadership training and manages by intimidation and threats. HR is just as bad.
