So here we are over a month past this original post and it looks like the sentiments were spot on. So far it seems like the scripts are sparse and interest isn't quite what it was cracked up to be. Been begging and pleading but can't even get anybody to agree to log on to a virtual program... Looks like the days of commissions are a thing of the past.

It's not helping that marketing and payer reimbursement can't get their heads out of their asses and give us cohesive information and access materials that we would actually need. It seems like every week it's a different message and something changes and this isn't right and that's not right but do this don't do that. What a clusterfuck. Somebody in these departments need to lose their job as they have majorly dropped the ball.... And oh yeah we're getting commission on this but we can't even sell it properly. Come on.
So we're many weeks in on numbers now...I wonder how long it's going to take before management realizes we're all losing motivation day by day with the realization of no commission on top of raised Myrbetriq goals. Not good...
So we were just given the news of the comp plan... What an absolute s*** show. All of us have been out here killing ourselves for the past 4 months doing everything possible to get these scripts, and commissions are going to be like $1,200 on average. Holy shit. This is unbelievable.
Yeah Lynn sent out that email saying we're going to get 90% and that wasn't true. It's a straight up pay cut. And they need to end this double territory crap immediately. It's total bullshit and completely unfair.
I'm sitting in my crappy Toyota Camry right now applauding this comment. Bravo!

Wrong, I’m part of the rate development strategy, negotiations, term sheets, and actual signed agreements. Again, you don’t sell anything, clown. How much business are you driving where we pay chargebacks/ID and WDA?
If you stay with a company like Astellas for more than 2-3 years, you have issues.
I swear to you it was never like this. We have a problem at the global leadership level. Northbrook has become a swamp of bad leadership because of it.
