I am imagining by now most of you are feeling the anti-American sentiment being displayed by these japanese executives. You first have to understand who these people are. This is a cabal of old, rich, exclusively male, angry American haters that are old skool in thought and ingenuty. Most old timers like our leader don't like America or Americans because of what happened to Japan in the war. Most that are old enough probably were affected to some degree. Many families and family legacies were wiped out. This feeling circulates through all of Japan. The younger folks don't feel the same way.
Since the integration of the new chairman we have had 1-2 percent raises. Then mandated everyone in the US to get the vaccine with no exemptions. Big time lawsuit by a group of former representatives currently active. We don't know if the Japanese employees were mandated. Then he attempted to get rid of our company vehicles during a national chip shortage. Now he is depleting all of our bonus. I would say not even 5% can attain these goals. This is all done by design. I have never seen a salesforce collectivley have a salary reduced in just one year in the amount of 25k to 40k dollars. He has been trying to wipe us out for several years now.
The monkeys or clapping seals in Northbrook are worthless. For the last decade we have been attacked by legal and compliance. That has been hard enough. It has changed everything. I just don't think tolerating this too is going to be accepted. The company is no longer transparent. They have released really bad news right before holidays, shutdown, etc..... Very divient behavior.
How can you do this to your bread and butter. Bringing in over 60% of global profits for so many years. This is incredibly embarrassing.What a waste of what once was a great place to work. I really mean that. This place use to be amazing. We never really made the most money, but we had alot good things. We also had an incredible amount of good people. We don't anymore. Northbrook was never a good place, but Japan HQ was.
