The final countdown…

Good news! TN said on the earnings call that Lybalvi grew 6% quarter over quarter and it met expectations! He said it was flat, but that was expected. Forecasts 245M this year…..

So our goals will only be 6% growth! Now everyone can be happy and stop looking for someone to blame. :)

Nothing would be more fitting than to see the stock price bottom out a hostile takeover, and all of the leadership of this inbred organization is fired and they are on the street panicking and looking for a job. The golden parachutes go to the top and the rest are left, hanging on for deer life because they supported the administration that drove it there a bunch of woke woke ignorance triggered constantly because they’re feelings are hurt!

Narcolepsy is years upon years away, and there’s nothing else.

Narcolepsy had less than a 5% chance of even being approved at this point. Don't even talk to me about that until it is in late phase III trials.

A lot of the people who have left and those looking to leave are seasoned with great relationships and vast exoerience. The one's you'd want to keep. Why are they all leaving? Simple. ALKS no longer pays all that well. Last few years other co's have been keeping up w inflation and cpi giving target 7 to 8% yearly raises. Alks maybe 4% if ur lucky. Micro management like big pharma without the big pharma benefits. Health and dental insurance is good but not bms, amgen, merck good. 401k match good but not big pharma good. A big one is those leaving are starting to look 10 years ahead at early retirement and alks gives no health benefits for those looking to retire before 65. Even places like Esai and Intra Cellular let people retire and stay on their health insurance just have to pay more or all of the premium. ALKS has nothing like that. So, you lose good seasoned people. The one's you want to keep. If ur going to be treated like u work at big pharma without the big pharma benefits why not just go to BMS or Abbvie or....?

Leadership speaks often about the culture. They also manage based on the "what have you done for me lately" model. They need look in the mirror. The culture they speak of is ancient history. It is no longer. So Leadership - with 40% turnover, nothing coming, nothing bought, incompetent forcasting, most not making goal - the question is: What are you doing lately?

What forecasting? My toddler could forecast better than these dipshits. Also, don’t they realize when sales people take jobs it includes bonuses? When you make ridiculous goals that make quarterly goals unobtainable, people interview and leave.

The goals and the fact most can't hit them, which has gone on for years, is the #1 culture breaker. You pay sales people good bonus's they don't leave. You choke them, set unattainable goals, threatenen them with going on a plan, tell them it's because they can't sell or manage their people, they leave. It's that simple. But forget the people who pay the bills, the sales team, ask Wall Street. We've missed hitting goal so many times our stock is shit. Does that not resonate with anyone on the executive team? Let me help; boys and a few girls, our goals are not forecast realistically.....this is on you. You. You. Fix it, or keep watching your best people leave.
