13 managers leaving is BS because BMS is only hiring 27 DBMs for their retail team. Even the misfit Directors hiring at BMS are not about to hire 13 managers from the ALKs shit hole. Common sense people please. Vertex is not going to be interested in the ALKs managers because very few have the right experience. I left ALKs two years ago and I will admit I am in a much better culture now. Too bad the ALKs culture has not improved because the company actually does pay insanely better than most companies out there including BMS.

Screening interviews have been happening for a few weeks and formal interviews will start after the managers are onboarded. Three training classes in the summer and think the first one starts in June
