The final countdown…

what a pathetic person you are. Sunday morning and you’re on cafepharma and in a state of ecstasy about another person’s career decision.

what a shame

You do realize that these boards are for anonymously expressing your viewpoints or opinions. If you are triggering by something this trivial, maybe you need to seek counseling.

HR, Todd, Damon and Eric.

Do you realize that your approach is failing, and that all of us would leave if we could?

I haven’t met a single person — rep, manager or even director who actually enjoys working here.

it’s a paycheck and a Merrill Lynch account of RSUs that keeps any of us here.

Sad part is that we used to have major pride about working here.

its bad.

If anyones RSUs are keeping them here then they need to learn to better manage their wealth! Stock price has dwindled to below $25!!! I love working here for the products we promote. Sad Vivitrol will be gone in a year. Upset that the co let the one month maintena patent expiration sneak up on us but lybalvi is a great product to promote. Just wish management would realize it needs a much longer runway and will grow a lot slower than they want it to. It has a definite place in the market, though. I just hope we find some new products to plug the gap of vivitrol patent loss and the evaporation of the one month aripiprazole market that will happen early next year. 1064 and lybalvi are solid products but we will need more priduct(s) very, very soon!

There is a big problem, but also a solution for leadership. The problem is they like to promise things they can’t deliver. More importantly, they are driven to paint a rosey picture to Wall St. The solution will be to cut promotional budgets and possibly cut the sales force when times get tough.

The KAMs went away. That should save some money and fund back RSUs for the May earnings call. Don’t Forget we sold the Ireland location. Helps the bottom line.

JNJ royalty money is also going away. That is only $250 M a year to the bottom line. A small amount of money. Don’t forget that less Consta is needed from our plant due to Consta going generic. Sustenna also is going generic.

If there is a reduction in the field when Lybalvi hits its baseline, then management will do it to support the stock price for those that are left.

For all the managers that thought there was going to be an Oncology product, that company was spun off.

Those are management realities that demonstrate the care they have for the field. They need us until they don’t.

Wow so true and when it comes it comes VERY quickly and without any notice. As a former KAM it came so quickly that my manager didn’t even know about my status. I had to call him share that I was clipped.

Then, by the time my call was over, I was already locked out of my computer. Couldn’t even save any of my accolades to assist as I searched for a new job.

Truly horrible and don’t think it won’t happen to you, because more cuts are absolutely coming, for all the reasons the previous post outlined.

My only advice is…..don’t be caught off guard like the KAM and managed markets team was. You’ve been warned.

Kams were useless. They needed to go. Should have happened much sooner.

Apparently everyone needs to go by looking at the earnings.

Even with the KAMs gone, off by 4%.

Let the field punishing begin because we can’t blame the Kams any longer.
