We are pathetic!! We had a strong team with JR & RF and Sales still bitched. Get rid of the garbage running your Billing and IT Department and maybe you can stabilize your business.
 






Sales bitches about everything. They point fingers so that they won't look bad and take blame. Some of them even admitted to it.

However I do agree changes need to be made. Let's see how things go after the recent changes.
 












Lol the same billing that you guys are bitching about, now your bitching that that they let them go. So your sad that they let wanda go? I thought you was bitching about her as well.

It won't matter. Our collections are down and we all know the out of network payments will be coming to an end shortly. Trevi is just about done funding is. Baker is now out. What's left? A couple of smart cars?
 
















































Quest had a meeting with the regional directors of St Barnabas Medical Practices last week. They have 90 days to get the interfaces live and refer all patients to the core lab.
 


















There are almost as many supervisors/managers as there are regular employees. No wonder we can't make any money. Other company's have supervisors/managers for every 15-20 people somtimes more. Here it's every 2 or 3 people! Too many people with titles, some that don't even deserve.
