The End Is Near

While that is a little strong, you have to wonder why anyone would hitch their career wagon to him in the first place. Simply put, his time has come and gone. He was once great at what he did and was asked to do, but that is now long over.

I disagree, I can't imagine that he was EVER effective in sales. Have you listened to this goofball interact with customers? It's the most painful conversations I've ever heard. Tom is so self absorbed he actually believes customers are happy to see him....Tom is going through life with a inaccurate self perception.

There was once a time where the crux of a deal was about "schmoozing" and there were none better. Presence, charisma, being likeable, and being able to get a laugh were the key elements.
Now things like data, compliance, analysis, and strategy are key and those are not his strong points. Back in the day, not having self awareness was a good thing.

Tom came in to keep the sinking ship floating above the water just for a little bit longer.. Haters, you're concentrating on the wrong person. Memory problems? Better spend time online looking for new jobs than wasting your time here lol

Hey lab rats. Wake up. Been working for TG under his LLC for multiple years now. FACT: I have made MUCH more money under him then I do with my regular 6 figure job. Several of us are making a shitload of money with him and have done so for years. Our sales have nothing to do with your crappy lab sales. Does it occur to you lab rats that maybe theres other opportunities in healthcare other than lab sales. Keep selling your cbc's lab rats. Maybe it pisses you off that this guy is ahead of the curve on the healthcare market and is making a kings ransom. btw the guy always pays all of us our monthly commissions without a miss.

This post is hiliarous...."Maybe it pisses you off that this guy is ahead of the curve on the healthcare market and is making a kings ransom" Ahead of the curve? Please step away from the crack-pipe...Tom is in financial despair.

Dave in supplies HAS to go. He is completely incompetent and has ABSOLUTELY no idea how to even check utilization reports to give our clients the proper quality of supplies. He has orders sitting on his desk from weeks ago still not filled. We're about to lose Goldstein over this guy. Are you kidding me? Ricky how many accounts do we have to lose over Dave? You know what you have to do...

If there are minimal supplies to be sent to clients there is no reason to be overstaffed in supplies. Excessive management and useless workers

Agreed. What ever happened to trimming the "excess fat" to the company? There is no reason to be overstaffed in useless, slacking departments. It's a rare sight to see anybody working back there, especially the management
