Is anyone else quitting after bonus paid?

I have heard 3 people say they have plans to do that. I do not think they trust Elanco to pay out the bonus if they leave before bonus payout. Likelier than not plenty more plan the same.

The exodus will continue. It will take a long time for Elanco to recover, if it can. Executive leaders have shown they cannot stick to a plan nor do they show signs of knowing what they are doing. The results of this ineptness trickle down to the lower ranks creating worry and confusion.

More will leave after the bonuses are paid. I saw Kinard did sleight of hand for the new bonus calculation. Showing us what it would have been this year but earlier Simmons had already downgraded the next year. Who knows if next year's bonus will even be 0.5 multiple. The executive team must think employees are stupid.

Yes!!! This is hell on earth. My six figure income is not nearly enough to deal with ordering literature like this. So many will quit over this, just wait.
