Tenured reps at Zoll is laughable.
Zoll produces cream of the crop reps that are in demand in all fields of cardiology and EP sales.

Zoll produces a worthless vest and loses cream of the crop reps that are in demand in all fields of cardiology and EP sales.

Zoll forces you to learn serious sales skills on the fly. In most Doctors opinions, these are the best trained and most knowledgeable reps calling on them. CRM and stent companies fight over hiring these cardiac warriors because they know Zoll reps can "bring the business".

You mean Zoll lost all their good reps years ago by implementing the stupidest quota system in the industry. If your looking to take a job with Zoll, ask the hiring manager what the quota is currently. Then ask him to calculate the quota 2, 3 and for shockers even 5 years down the road. After you stop laughing ask the manager how many reps leave after one year. And by the way stents and pacers are contract products. Managers at Zoll don't even know the best jobs in the market. Lol. That's because they are clueless about cardiology.
At Zoll, you can expect to be tested and pushed to the limit! All good jobs will do this to you. I have seen CRM reps flip companies and business overnight, is it really a contract job? Zoll trains you to think, breathe and shit success. God bless Zoll

COMPLETE LIES! You're right in the fact that all good jobs push people out of their comfort zones. I have been extremely successful in every job that I have ever had. However, what goes on here is NOT pushing me out of my comfort zone, it's more like unrealistic goals that have spun out of control. I came here wanting to make a differencing knowing that I could do better than the person before me. What I didn't realize as that the game is rigged and that everything that was posted on this site and I ignored was 100% true and accurate. I was lied to and I left a decent job to come here. I'm so disappointed that I didn't listen to the people that I talked to and told me to stay away. Please learn from my poop judgement and do not come here. I'm currently looking for my exit.
Poop people make poop judgements.
I agree with some of the above
When I interviewed to get out of Zoll I brought my demo vest and wore it
The hiring manager asked what it was
I closed the deal by saying: if I can sell this thing I can definitely sell anything you guys make

Stop lying! typically any rep that has lasted more than 2 years has done this because the quota when they started in their territory was at $0, or very near zero. So as quota climbed it was attainable. If your quota when you started is between $0-10K those are the reps that are here a bit over 2 years. Once they go over year 3 they will leave ike very one else.
