Now can we please have a company based on honesty, open-communication and have the reps opinions matter and not simply be seen as whining? Contructive feedback.. or any feedback for that matter should not immediately classify you as a negative trouble-maker. Having the entire US being afraid to speak up while silently fuming about the state of the company does not help morale, turnover or ultimately sales.
