You can't seriously be this stupid? I hope you are being sarcastic? Did you see the run of numbers that came out? There are 5 people at quota currently. Most are buried already. How Is that a good compensation program? People who make commission are generally happy, if you are a head of household 85-90k does not cut it. Stop making excuses for them. We are not valued, only you can value yourself. 5 people at plan is a bad joke and very demotivating.

You are very correct however these dopes here will never get it. I always thought the positve posts were from a bunch of jokers but now I know they are serious and truly believe people are making money here, are happy and this company is headed in the right direction. I do admire someone being positive and trying to make things happen however at some point you need to look in the mirror and be REALISTIC! Nobody is making money, this company has been doomed from the time JNJ sold it and we are going nowhere fast!

Until more than a few people make plan and make money then the reality is the company does not know how to create and manage a comp plan and set attainable realistic goals. Sorry folks but we aint growin' and this company is dead in the water.

The board is dead due to apathy. Even the best don't care anymore. What they did with the changes in the numbers was the end for me. I love my customers and the products I sell. I even like my manager! That being said 3 years of promises are enough. I too am having trouble paying my bills now. I have begun the interview process and have some great things in process.

Apathy can destroy and it has destroyed morale here. That and an ongoing lack of trust in any numbers which come out of Quincy.

Btw- I am not a whiner who stays home and plays x-box.

Look at the numbers. Nobody is doing dick. Adaptic Touch? Dead in the water. SFDC? Waste of money. I would love to know what we spend on this worthless tracking tool?

The real question is this: Who isnt looking for a job?
 






whiny sales people all round. Pay salesmen and women a decent wage outright and completely change the incentive structure I say. commissions/bonuses only payable if slightly difficult [but fair] targets are reached. and have a basic salary incremental scale (separate from any of the commision/bonus stuff) that rewards longevity and consistent results..!

I've not done sales but still, i reckon you're all a moany bunch that have it way too easy!! ;-p
 






Not sure what the last poster was talking about but I have a question. How is the huge GPO wins going for everybody so far? You know the one that we got and convatec didnt? Yeah thats what I thought... The closest Systagenix gets to hospital business is the wound center.

My manager works all day everyday. He should be home beating his dick like it owes him money but instead he beats us and we dont make any money!
 


















Has anyone seen the June numbers? How's those Provider Plus / Service Provider partners doing? Anyone concerned about Medicare / Medicaid cuts? Check out the NY Times this morning. Have a good day!
