You could get an extra glossy out of quincy for tielle before you ever get samples for actisorb and you know how they value those things! They gave us 2 of them to hold on to like they were gold. TWO!!! The paper boy for my neighborhood has a larger budget per month than our reps!
Anyone sell any Adaptic Touch yet? I'm starting to think we are being black-balled as a company. J&J may have put a target on us, and they may have a greater influence than they get credit for. I for one, can't sell any of this stuff. Nobody really seems to care about such an "after-thought" of a product.

I call BS!!!
Tielle and adaptic touch can be sold if you leave the house and show it to some people. The conversion tool will keep you focused and big commission dollars will follow. The culture of whining and complaining has to end if we are going to get to the next level. You've been given the tools, now is the time to execute. We are being paid well to produce.
My manager said this same thing to us last week. Reps will stop complaining when they no longer owe money and they can actually start feeling the effects of this great comp plan. Right now its just talk. Trust is earned, remember that....
