- theyvwill have to amend all training and direction which will implicate their prior actions
- Biofrontera will sell even harder on this point once Sun changes policy

Dilip and Abhay, especially Dilip, have been well aware of this fur years. RG, SB and DF (all DUSA)

The fines will be huge because of the fact that most of our business is in Medicare. They will have to settle with OIG or they are screwed to ever get reimbursement moving forward. RG, DF, SB, JK, JM careers will go down the tubes. Their best lines moving forward will be...welcome to Walmart!

What happens in the dark eventually comes into the light....Goofy R. Groff's time of teaching people how to sell off label and sell the spread are over. Just wait though he won't be able to help himself with the price increase. He will verbally direct people on how to sell the advantages of buying before the price increases and buying in bulk so they can get a better reimbursement after price increase is in place. This will be communicated to the top utilizing accounts...watch it is GOING to happen.
 






It's way too late to save themselves. These activities, as well as others are baked into the way Sun has and is doing business.

Can't you just picture Dilip and Abhay in their little orange jumpsuits ? Very flattering.
 






Doubt highly if the dynamic duo will be in a ball and chain over DUSA. Federal prison is the good life. Tennis with Bernie Madoff, play cards with El Chapo, share e-mails with Hilary Clinton. Curried Spam on the barby.
 












Remember the vial calculator?!? I know former employees that sent that directly to the OIG. Also reported giving sample sticks to upset customers who lost money or were upset with price increases. Unreal.

It can take OIG up to 7 years to act on a case. Those arrogant aholes like SB, JM, JK, and especially goof ball himself RG will have their time come. They think they are scott free but the clock is ticking and now that Sun owns DUSA and has big pockets, watch the Feds trounce soon. I dont know how they sleep at night because it is only a matter of time.

Human Resources or your manager is not for the Human. Specifically, Human Resources reports to the CEO. They are Corporate Resources. They are ruled by excel spreadsheets and the prevention of lawsuits. They are not your friend. Please know the difference.

the self-proclaimed double dipper, if indeed true, is a rare anamoly.
In my 29 years in Pharma, I've never known of such a thing.

That aside, the issue here is the shameful unraveling of what we thought would be a great company and career opportunity.

Ehen your COE winners are resigning in such a small company, that's a vote of 'no confidence'. When the unwanted turnover rate is this high - at least 4x the industry average, that's an issue.

When morale is in the gutter and people are completely disengaged, it's just a matter of time.

Payers will no longer accept our outrageous price increases, derms will have a legit PDT alternative, and folks are already whispering that Tildra won't make it.

But, there are some really good people here, and we deserve better.

Time to move on.

Hey jackass...u know why people dont get caught double dipping? Because those of us that are smart about doing it don't tell ANYONE....The only reason I am proclaiming it is to stick it right up Sun's you know what. These clowns deserve to have someone like me sticking it to them because we are sick and tired of being screwed. They need to know there is zero respect for upper management. Its like kneeling during anthem except I am making money from my statement...lol catch me if u can!!!
