So many times people say take what you read on Cafe Pharma with a grain of salt. They say the people that post are just angry ex employees. Not in this case. What people are saying on here is very true. RUN AWAY dont walk...sad because it could have been great.
 






Have to agree with the last few posts.

Zero integrity.
Flat-out lies.
Employees fleeing.
Sales plummeting.
Disintegrating culture.
Embarrassing behaviors.

But here's the funny part - 'they' Dilip and Abhay, don't care. The more that leave, the more they believe they can save their pennies to profitability.

What's left of this company is its people, not the products. And the people are bailing, as said before, every person is essentially firing Dilip and Abhay.

A year after Tildra launches, if it launches, Dilip will be folding up the tent, licking his wounds, and scurrying back to Mumbai to explain where he's lost another few billion of his net worth.

This place is like a Walmart in West Virginia, Mumbai-style.

Feds are watching closely so anyone with a brain get out. Don't sell off label with Levulan like management wants you to do. DOJ is coming and they problem is you never know when it will happen. Get out and save yourself. Sun will leave you hanging.

When Dilip is in here next week, he should be asking, WTF? but ... he won't because he's watching pennies when Franklins are falling out of his back pocket.
