YOU are sick and just mad that someone who gets it posted the truth when someone asked about a particular manager, so don't deflect attention away from the topic. It's funny how they keep blaming people who left for this stuff, like their own employees are not smart enough to figure them out? Everyone knows who the bad managers, toxics, cheaters, etc. are. Busy day on here, but it's nothing new to those of us who get it.

Well, most of the lies and gossip in this company do come straight out of your region, and this one is no exception. Seriously, blaming someone who is long gone is cheap, and if it's who I think it is - they are way out of your league.

managers coming on here projecting because they are paranoid and recognize their behavior all over these threads. you can only hide it for so long and then there is bleedthrough or someone gets tired of covering your ass. there is probably someone at the top who also sees thru your little snake dance so you might try reading those self-help books and putting things into practice.

Sounds like sour grapes...I don't know what the company was like as the drug was launched but they are moving in the right direction...looking at 100% sales growth year-on-year again...no company has the best people in the best place at any given moment...without knowing your entire plight, it seems like you are somewhat bitter (and perhaps for good reason) but the direction the company is taking is improving everyday...we have an excellent person in business development and RB has $$$$ to spend on making the right deal to ensure that we continue to lead in the addictions field and perhaps will lead in related disease spaces in the years to come...great company to work for and I have worked for a few good ones in the past. Sorry you are no longer hear but it does you no good to complain...move on and the best of luck to you.

These threads are not addressing the marketing direction of RB or their future dreams of becoming a real company after the havoc they have wrecked on themselves. What is being discussed here and is sorely needed in the company is a strict adherence to HR policies, and disciplinary action for all managers and CL's who break them. Comprende? At the next POA, after discussing RB's vision for the future, let's also discuss new behavioral standards at length and have everyone sign a list of HR policies. The fact that you come on here addressing one person, whom you think has left says it all, and good luck to hanging on until retirement, you freak.
 






How about the inconsistency in the job postings? If there is no candidate in the pipeline, the job is posted. In the hope some poor unsuspecting soul will re-locate.If there is a candidate, it is posted, but is bullshit, because the "candidate" is already pre-selected. A weak attempt to be fair and unbiased. What a joke. Did someone mention HR guidelines?
