Stock Is Dropping Like A Rock!

Yes, there's simply not enough momentum to push stock higher, but there's plenty to push downward. No matter what the marketing or MBA folks think, the strength of a company, the belief IN a company, it's leaders, and what the business world/investors thinks about them can largely be seen in the stock price. Thanks a lot for seeing to it that this stock/company has lost over 20% since the buyout offer from a company whose stock CONTINUES to climb -roughly by 15%, compared to us as our stock has plummeted!!! See the irony? Now, there's something to believe in.

AZ stock value leads big pharma as the number one loser on the NYSE. UM!!! That ain't good Frenchie. Meanwhile large numbers of experienced U.S. leaders and sales personnel continue to leave either voluntarily or forced into early retirement.
So what is left? A once great American led company in the hands of incompetent Brits and French who had already destroyed our businesses abroad. Yippee.

The French Fuck has all but ruined AZ, and the Board does nothing!! Patents are flying off the shelf next year, and the pipeline is one big WHAT IF, and this fool turns down $119,000,000,000!!!!! When is the Board going to replace this incompetent fool???

if it gets to $60-$61, I am throwing 100% of 401K behind it.

Why on earth would you put at-risk $ in AZ when there are so may other more attractive places for your $? Are you really that close minded to not only other pharma companies, but also other industries? Please explain why az, if it goes to $61, is a better investment for you than, let's say. GE, or Apple, or even Pfizer. Technical charts? Fundamental analysis? Hope?

If your read Soro's rationale for selling all of his AZ stock it tells you all you need to know. He didn't buy AZ as a long term investment. He was buying the company to influence the selling of the company to the highest bidder. He got out when he realized that Frenchie was too stupid to take the Pfizer deal.
Of course he sold most of his shares in phases to prevent a total collapse of share price.

In case you hadn't noticed, all of the Euro stocks have been going down, down, down, as the Euro zone slips once again into a deflationary recession. The high price reached by AZ stock at its apex was always phony, based on a takeover premium, not on any true underlying value. Of course it dropped back to where it belonged, once the merger offer was taken off the table. It has become more affordable to try to take over again by someone else, if that gives you any hope. At least most AZ employees still have their jobs, which will not be the case when "synergies" are realized
