Still waiting BMS

[Get it together]

Retention in field sales is a big issue. Apparently BMS is “aware and working on it.” People continue to leave. No end in site. Admitted we are not compensated at the industry average. Grossly undervalued.
Yet refuse to take action.

Need to ask that Doxy dude to get out of the way. He stifles any conversation and refuses to champion the Salesforce. Why is here and can someone tell me why we need him?
