Fear toxic culture. Leadership is scared cuz heads roll when anyone disagrees with the chief. Even the plants wilt and die after she stays in a room too long.
 












I am interviewing for the expansion territory to sell Orserdu. Looking for an honest opinion - is this a good gig? Its the second expansion so I am thinking it must be true what I am hearing, Hearing the future pipeline is solid and great culture but the posts seem to hint not so much. Looking at the Florida role. And why is the company listed as steamline and not Stemline??

Selling Orserdu and joining as rep could be a very good move. Upper upper management is toxic and micro. If you can stay away and just sell it will be okay in yer bubble. Steamline is a thread someone started years ago and it stuck.

Our people built the pyramids back in the day O please let this this sway the talent here to stay

I call HR what is new, sadly the reply is everyone will sue
But wait we will give LTI, until they realize that too is a lie

When I look in the mirror I see the joke, Menarini religious hires will make this company broke
Yet when faced with this malarky I hire an incompetent called El Sharkey

I realize it's all a mess yet I believe John will bring marketing success
He's been so wonderful Afterall overseeing Tags free fall

I'm a leader my business card says so, yet good people continue to go
I post a photo of us all on LinkedIn hoping that will cover all my sin

I enter a room and bring my negativity and gloom
But I have the power to hire and fire, but nothing in me to inspire

In truth, behind my pathetic arrogance I actually know, all of us must to go to let Stemline grow

Is it very bad? Contacted about a management position. Would please like serious assessment. Met with one person and job offer is coming. I don’t want to make a mistake.
