Stay far away from this place







Humming? Are you kidding? By every measure they have told us they are not meeting their numbers set by the parent company. By their own admission they never recovered from last year's summer slump (interesting that they are now acknowledging that exists after most TMs have been denied their commissions during this time for years and blamed for it) and they are petrified of not recovering from this year's summer slump. I'm not sure what part of Zoll you work in, but I would guess AD or higher since they are the only ones who would say anything like that. The TMs that have not already left are actively working to find other jobs .. this place is a disaster. The recruiter I'm working with actively tells his candidates to avoid Zoll at all costs!
 






There there my misguided children. I'm guessing you haven't seen Zolls EBIT numbers and net profit. This company is humming - why would we do anything differently?

and that translates directly to your pocket how?? Stock options? EPS? its all rolled up so unless you have an actual share of ownership it means nothing at your or our level. So there, there dumbass lemming.
 






Zoll will make a man out of you or destroy you. It's an alpha male job full of type A personalities. A lot of people in CRM and Traditional Interventional Jobs are lining up to work for Zoll.

I know I know - everybody just write down their doctor's vaca schedule and send it to zoll. That will fix the summer fallout that has been here for a decade! Wow, why hasn't any other company figured that out??
