You are sad reading this and we are sad being here! We were all made great promises about what we'd earn for the 24 hour a day, 365 days a year call we take. But it didn't materialize for us .. or if it did, it was fleeting until the goal was up so high it was impossible to reach.

This is the most disturbing environment I've ever worked in. Trying to get out. We all are. It is hopeless here. Upper management just continues to ignore the feedback we try to give. They just insulate themselves from the field and write off any feedback provided by the field.
 






I interviewed to sell LifeVest and ninety per cent of the interview focused on the comp plan which sounds like a major scam. Thank all of you who posted because you confirmed my suspicion. I wish you all good luck moving on to better places and would love to kick all of the trash managers of this company in the teeth

Liar! Consider yourself called out. Once a Marine always a Marine...unless of course you were OTH/BCD. I am sure this is the toughest group of men you have ever met. Real men and real leadership would wash you out in a second. Do not dishonor the Corp by even making the association to this company.

This place could not possibly be more backward. How are they staying in business????? I've only been here a few months and this is the biggest bait and switch I've ever seen. I feel like I was outright lied to. Are the managers this brainwashed? Or do they just plain lie to recruit us?

Which is why the managers need to be kicked in the teeth..:.the deception is apparent even during the interview process. So all you big badasses out there listen up..:.:real men work for themselves and not corporations. Fucking pussies. My husband owns his own company and lucky for me I can pick and choose. Bey your wives can't say the same because their husbands have teabags for gnads.

They outright lie to you. You see skippy it's like this. The managers are under pressure to fill jobs and the more feet on the ground feeling the pressure hopefully will result in more sales dollars for the manager. It's a matter of the manager or you, so they lie to get you in and are hopeful that you will perform long enough for them to make a buck or two. When you realized you were just royally screwed you are looking for your exit strategy but also need the money, so you still work. They lie to fill shoes so they can make a buck too.
 






Never has anyone seen the total LACK of management! AVP's go without emailing anyone or their team, ever. AD's crucify the RM's, "put them on a performance plan" and we as a company wonder why we have 50% turnover. Jason, smart guy, but how much longer do you believe the AD's and AVP's? Why don't you call the people who are leaving (daily) and ask why they are leaving? Senior Management is Horrible. This is pharma 101 and you are supporting their idiotic plans to drive business. Hey, your Dr. Is going on vacation, have you recorded this in PPM, and do you know who is taking care of his patients??? Really, my CD's are in Europe and who gives a damn! Oh yeah, marketing, they want you to write an order in Europe!! So tied of this shit!!

No joke. The ADs are clueless. All they do is defend their own assessment of things. No one asks the field. No one cares what the field needs. Hell, no one cares what the customers need. How many thousands and thousands of Tms need to leave before they realize, "Hey, maybe something is wrong here??" Where else could the average employment be under 2 years and upper management think that's normal???
