Listen, the reps and managers are good people. They care and are doing the best they can with the hand they're dealt. The problem is at the top with AN. Have you heard this guy on conference calls? He is not made for this position, has never grown sales in any job he's had, and is consistently responsible for driving divisions into the ground and layoffs. Now is this what he is trying to do??? No! But he is threatened by talent and not able to attract talent and is clueless in how to put together a sound strategy and inspire a sales force.

Halog and UL are losers and he is unable to turn that around. Absorica is dying and the new dosing strategy he came up with will totally kill it. Bottom line: We may have jobs for the next 12 months (maybe), but be comfortable with your base salary. You aren't going to make commissions and the culture of not even getting close to quota is tough to deal with.

Possibly because they’ve broken in and gotten enough market share which would make them unattractive to acquire financially? They’re gaining share each quarter so they’ll believe it’d take a lot of cash to buy them out.

Even if SUN buys Biofrontera, government will break up the monopoly and force divestiture of one of the brands. New owners would probably be tougher competition than the idiots from Biofrontera. Many of them came from DUSA/SUN. Diaspora of ass-clowns.
