Why would a majority of providers choose a treatment that takes 4-6 months to achieve PASI 75-100 when they can use any five of the 17’s or 23’s to achieve that same clearance in half the time when both require TB lab to starty? SOTYKTU business comes from the minority. A niche.

We have no messaging. When docs think of Sykrizi, clearance come to mind. When they think of Otezla, safe and easy comes to mind. When they think of Taltz, joint relief comes to mind. When they think of us......uh, well....uh.....?

The reason: we have BIG Pharma leadership that pays zero attention to messaging. We pay 100% attention to hitting the KPI dashboard with vigor to placate PPK.
