The fact is, you don’t see many posts about other individuals in leadership, RBD, DBM, etc that continue to state the same thing about poor leadership and character. Most likely the “negative” comments are negative because this is how most people on the team feel due to weak leadership. You must involve HR. File complaints, document, follow up. If enough people have the same issue, the company will move her out. This is the power of power to the people. Rally and make a move but don’t keep complaining on CF and take no action. You either fight for your rights or move on

company does nothing. If they really wanted to investigate they would. They would see how she is and her non compliance .
 






It's women like her in the industry that give all female leaders a bad rap and make it more difficult to move ahead. Novo should recognize "this is what bad looks like." Was that too negative? She positively needs to go.

With 4 pages on complaints, something doesn’t seem right.

It is not right . She is not a good leader and badly influences her managers who don’t stand up to her because they too are afraid to get on her bad side. She indirectly pushes them on how to feel about representatives who have been in the role for a long time - costing one of them their job. Her current managers know it and don’t say anything .

And her non compliance - the breaking of Rybelsus samples etc
 
























Maybe they will just Deport her to Texas so she can be close to Thrasher . That seems like the most logical move and it will save the company money on air travel hotel food etc !!!
