The fact is, you don’t see many posts about other individuals in leadership, RBD, DBM, etc that continue to state the same thing about poor leadership and character. Most likely the “negative” comments are negative because this is how most people on the team feel due to weak leadership. You must involve HR. File complaints, document, follow up. If enough people have the same issue, the company will move her out. This is the power of power to the people. Rally and make a move but don’t keep complaining on CF and take no action. You either fight for your rights or move on
