The problem at novo is most managers babysit all of their reps including the ones that don’t need it. Worst management in the industry.
 






Word is she is panicked and asking reps to make an extra call. She has lost her marbles she won’t win . She is the worst regional .

She is not the worst RBD. Calm down and do your job. She isn’t panicking, she is pivoting and responding to market trends. That is what she should be doing. She cares and is engaged. Be positive, see the good, and help to influence others to do so.

I agree with being positive where possible……but you also have to call them as your see them or experience them. CPHY does work hard and is engaged. However, not trusting her team (mgrs or reps) and being a micro-mgr when it isn’t needed or warranted is telling. She has created a culture that is toxic and as said above many really good reps are now gone due to her.
 






I agree with and understand the need to be positive. However, when you deal with CPHY after time you understand it is all about her. She doesn’t trust her mgrs or reps and wants to micro-manage everything down to the message in each call because she thinks she is the smartest one around. The culture she has created has smothered her teams and many good/great reps are now gone because they could no longer work under her reign. Those are facts……….not being negative.
 






She does micromanage and some need that which is ok. When she micro manages non compliantly it is a different story - not to mention all the scheming she does behind the scenes.
