She is not the worst RBD. Calm down and do your job. She isn’t panicking, she is pivoting and responding to market trends. That is what she should be doing. She cares and is engaged. So, when she speaks about “my numbers” and “my business”, what does that actually do to you? Do you wish she would call you up by her side and give you more credit for those numbers?
