THIS IS THE TRUTH. ANYONE THAT WORKS AND WORKED under her leadership knows that this is true. The proof is in the . Miami DM Ruiz was fire. Why was he fired? Because he f up and pressed send b4 looking who he was sending the plan to get rid of another rep.
These DMs and RSM are bad people. They don't give a shit about anyone. They are ruthless, mean and evil. They have created a horrible work environment. They manage via discrimination, intimidation, and harassment.

When you hire the wrong rep it is an expensive error but only impacts one or two people…..when you promote the wrong person….especially to RBD as with CPHY it impacts an entire region of people and creates bad morale and drives the best people to leave……..I could start naming the great people that have left soflo due to her but it is a long list……
