One of the highest ranked reps was in Hospital. You think the rep might have left because the rep saw they were not needed? This rep that left overlapped with 5 other sales reps. I'm pretty sure the drug will sell just 1 or 2 reps.

It's probably true but it sucks because some of the hospital reps are really good. I'd rather keep my hospital rep and get rid of my sanofi rep. Can we do that instead?

I'm sure the hospital reps are really good. Regeneron should have just launched with a small specialty force in their OWN territories so they'd have true ownership and feel like an actual specialty rep. Instead DR went with what is out there now and it's not working at all.

It doesn't matter anyway. My sources in home office have already said Cuts are planned for January in the Sales force and realignments will be made. There will be changes in both field forces and whoever is lift standing wil have to do both.

Yes. That's why they call them "cuts". Discussions are in the works for reworking the sales force and HO now realizes there are too many reps and it is entirely too unnecessary.
