I think psycho is the wrong word. I would say she is more of this:

Narcissistic personality disorder

•Belief that she's special and more important than others
•Fantasies about power, success and attractiveness
•Failure to recognize others' needs and feelings
•Exaggeration of achievements or talents
•Expectation of constant praise and admiration
•Arrogance
•Unreasonable expectations of favors and advantages, often taking advantage of others
•Envy of others or belief that others envy her

This sounds like every manager within labcorp.... I have said this a thousand times, labcorp needs a REAL traning program for managers. Like a professional ne. As it is right now you have the person above them controlling/molding that person which further perpetuates the sick culture within labcorp. When things occur like this it is a similar version as imbreeding. Sooner or later you get all messed up dogs and becomes a fre for all, which is what labcorp is

First the entire corporate culture would have to change. You can't have tired executives at the top like DK and blow hard tired has been JB who need to take responsibility for the terrible corporate culture, and lack of REAL organic sales.

Come on! She is not that bad. If you did your job, you would be respected I know who wrote this too.
