Give me a break! Work harder and get paid less! That's a formula for several good reps being unhappy. Those that aren't complaining are the losers that have never experienced good commissions. They are the ones that know their talents could be used elsewhere. Don't be such a Yes Man! Question the numbers, question the plan that we have no control over. Amen, brother. Work you like dog, always want more but then want to pay you less in the process. That's a recipe for an exodus of employees leaving.. What sales manager would allow this to occur? Any good sales manager fights for their reps to make money so the rep gives them their all. This place is an anomaly.

Just do what I do.......surf the numbers for any account that has popped up due to frustration with their current lab. Enter that account in your call in. Visit the account once. Answer your calls. Stay home and hope your territory number comes out ok. As an SME you have control of about 10% of your number, if that. The plan is a joke. I hang around for benefits and my BS salary. The commission plan is a roll of the dice. The only good thing is Quest is even worse.
