Bullshit, I would call you out in a heartbeat. No way in hell a top rep would be let go in lieu of a narcissistic, delusional CM. My number & dedication to patient care speaks volumes for my referral #s. Your numbers, or should I say lack thereof also soaks volumes. Your jeoulousy for being 2nd earner in the center comes through clearly.

I am well educated, proven track recirs of results & a resource for my referrals. I choose to stay in the sales position @ Lincare for a feel I am truly helping patients & ldo very well. What would you do if not for Lincare? McDonalds?

I assure you am I not with the competition. I know all about mdinr and niv. I am a top ud producer and will tell you I am in region 11. I am in a rural area and have almost single handedly pushed roteck out of business in my area

I have been my centers number one sales rep even when we had a reP. She was happy to take the commission and bottom line away from the centers bottom line at the time of growth. All while I paid with lower center bonus. Now I reap the reward with a lower bottom line higher profit margins and a bigger bonus check to those truly involved in the center success. I decide who makes what because I yes "I" am the center manager and I decide how those in MY center are rewarded. If I feel I made the difference I can take MY bonus without one of you needy know it all reps telling me how to run MY center and attempting to manage MY staff. I run my center now not a stupid glorified know it all sales rep.

By the way it's people like you that drive me to my medications. Thank god for good caring Drs and the meds though. They help me deal with idiots like you every day.

Maybe some day you might get a salary above 24k. What types would accept that low of a Salary? My current driver wouldn't even stoop that low he makes 13 hourly. 24k annual salaried rep. The lowest of the low. Bottom dweller is what they call you where I come from.

I could care less what i make on salary. I make almost 3X my salary on commission alone. In fact I make more in commission than you do for total compensation!! So with that being said, who is the bottom dweller idiot???
