I know for a fact you are one of three people or a combination of the three. Why don't any of you just move on. Admit it you didn't have what it takes to work for the top respiratory company in the us? The job can be challenging but I focus on the patients that's what it's all about. Unfortunately you three didn't care about anyone other than yourselves.
 






And I have not disclosed who I am nor my location nor who my ex employees are so its far from slandering anyone's names. This is an anonymous board and I wish to remain amino my. I will tell you I'm a cm and I'm looking to right this ship. Even planning on a weekend/holiday! I could be one of the 1000 cm's nationwide so please stop already with the name calling and threats.

What makes you think I'm a female? I have never disclosed my sex and for all you know I am a male. This site is anonymous and I have not disclose who I am or what center I manage so don't say I will be handled as a situation. I have dedicated everything to my patience and will not put up with these threats. Thank god for my alprazilam prescription you people drive me nuts
 






Why don't you sales reps focus half of your energy on growing sales instead of trying to bully me. After all in the company's food chain I am above yo. I am a cm. I plan on proposing to my RM that the sales rep position is eliminated due to laziness. Good luck at job service suckers. Your time is coming.

You are nothing but a slug in the evolutionary chain. Lowest of the lowest. Can't produce numbers, can't finish your degree, and have to rely on meds. Think what you may of yourself, but we all see you for what you are & your time us coming very soon. Go refill that script & finish your degree you will need both!

Lowest of the lowest? I'm the highest at my center hence the position CM. I am invited to quarterly management meetings at some very nice places and i make the decisions at my center. Pretty good spot if you ask me but what do you know? You are at the bottom of then totem pole as a sales rep. Just wait until they put a GPS in your car and you can't go home to sleep while you say you are making sales calls. It's coming.

Why is it that there are so many upset sales reps on here? Is it because you aren't worth any more than your 24000 annual salary you accepted when you were hired? Or do you blame you cm for your failures? It must really suck doing a job you are not good at and don't enjoy. Quit while you aren't too far behind losers. As a cm I will say we are better off without you. Nothing but a constant pain in my ass. Hint hint other cm's on here. Get rid of your rep, lower held sales, and look at your next quarter bonus. More money for the one responsible for the center operations makes sense to me.
 






I can't help but get irritated by some of you slimey reps on here. While some of you driver around and do as you will all day I manage a center. Yes that means I do everything by manage. Operations, sales, setups, deliveries, billing, everything. I don't have time for any of this garbage when I'm out in a van making deliveries unable to even keep up with my own job and growth responsibilities. Some of you just need to grow up and learn to respect management.
 






How ironic that 70% of lincare employees yes a home respiratory company that treats copd patients are smokers. Nothing better than having some fat manager from the local lincare branch pop in with cmn's that that I'm afraid to touch because they smell like an ash tray.
 






What is a manager doing out in a van? If a manager is making deliveries shouldn't they be getting paid the 14/hourly driver wage? This manager is ripping Linde off. Please take action I have her location code
 






A CM that could use some life skills training, some adult diapers, maybe a management class or ten, a refill of her psyche meds and all of this whil suffering from little penis syndrome. Different center same story. Wow
