Well I guarantee you that she didn't make the house payments w/ her money so the court is gonna say it's his and hers. They will use the timeline to argue fraud in transfering (especially when there is no tax or estate benefit to this transaction). Courts can go back just like the gov't does when it's looking for assets for nursing home residents.

I can honestly say I may have been wrong with my thoughts regarding Joe Paterno. I'm sickened and saddened by his behavior and everybody else at that godforsaken school. I agree with PH -- it's just pathetic to drag his wife into it.
Now Joe Pa now says he has TREATABLE lung cancer. Time to play the sympathy card? How long has he known about this (if it is, in fact, true) and failed to make it public? Why did he wait until NOW??? Hmmm???

I see that Joe Pa's pinheaded son, Jay, is running the show now on the Ped State football field. All in the family, eh? What the fuck makes Jay qualified to call the shots when there are coaches at Ped State who were coaching football when Jay was born? Did Jay even play football? When and where? Or is Jay calling the shots because he was sired by the correct sperm donor?
Joe's pinhead son is not "running the show " at Ped State. he is a QB coach which means basicalliy he he cleans off balls after the game, the assistants balls after they have finished off their conquests in the showers.
I watched the Ped State-OSU game.
The cameras were focused on Jay Paterno the whole friggin' game. They interviewed him right before and right after the game - just like with head coaches - and did the same during the Nebraska game. And, of course, Jay gave us some crocodile tears after the Nebraska game when asked about his dad for some good drama. Men never used to cry. Today they all seem to cry on cue - like a bunch of goddamned sissies.
Let me repeat my questions. So what makes Jay Paterno so qualified for a football coaching job at Ped State? What are his credentials other than having the correct sperm donor as a dad? Did he play football? When and where? Why is everybody so focused on him. His old man failed to report a child buggerer to the cops and many other innocent children got buggered as a result. So why would that man's kid get so much fawning attention. IMO everybody should ostracize him - not stick their noses up his ass.
Now I see that Uncle Jerry is allegedly accused of buggering one of his own adopted sons (apparently he and the wife adopted six -5 of which were BOYS, of course). Why is this man even allowed bail? Why is he not AT LEAST under house arrest with an ankle monitor? He's been charged with sexual battery or rape on 8 boys - where there's smoke - there's fire. Why isn't his bail revoked? If I lived in his neighborhood and I had small children I would be scared shitless to let them go outside alone. WHAT ABOUT THE RIGHTS OF ORDINARY CITIZENS AND THE SAFETY OF THEIR CHILDREN? WTF is wrong with that criminal justice system in Pennsylvania? Or is this just 'special justice' for Uncle Jerry because he was a connected insider? Hmmm???

The reason bail has not been revoked is because in this country one is considered innocent until proven guilty in a court with a jury of his peers. I don't think I've ever heard of anybody having to wear an ankle bracelet before being found guilty. I agree with you, though. I'm wondering how he can even be in his own home without the neighbors lynching him.
Accused pedophiles with such damning evidence against them are still a danger to the community - even of the haven't been found guilty yet in a court of law. Bail amounts or decisions not to offer bail are made, in part, on the danger an accused criminal poses to the community at large. If you had a little boy how would you like him to get molested by Uncle Jerry while he was walking around awaiting trial on a relatively piddly $100k bail? Most bail amounts on accused pedophile with MULTIPLE SERIOUS COUNTS OF MOLESTATION AND RAPE OF CHILDREN are much higher than $100k. And ankle monitors are often used for such predators before have a chance to have their case heard. These people have a sickness and an intense drive to sexually molest children. Such a strong drive that oftentimes getting caught and punished after the fact does NOT deter them. They are SICK and need to be monitored to protect our young children! We are not talking shoplifting or breaking into cars here. We are talking STEALING THE INNOCENCE OF CHILDREN. And for such a crime we can take no chance of allowing these monsters to roam our streets unmonitored!

Ankle monitoring can be a condition to have a bail amount set. It's done all of the time.
Stupid people. If you walk in on a crime and don't report it to the police - you are setting yourself up as an accessory. Also, when you report something to your boss and nothing gets done about it, you go higher and higher until something does get done. Much less not just calling the police - even if you had reservations about it. I don't understand why such a vile crime was just ignored and covered up.
