Where you are going, they don't have a fork lift. to dangerous. If you do prove to be on your best behavior, you could apply for gate duty. Now for this, you need to be trusted. They don't want you to run. So if you do a good job, and open and close the gate properly, then people "on the outside" will throw cigarettes, disposable prepaid cell phones, and maybe even some Snickers bars over the fence. You could then use these goods as a currency.

I am just trying to give you some good ideas for the difficult times ahead.

Hear the train a comin'; it's rollin' 'round the bend,
And I ain't seen the sunshine since I don't know when.
I'm stuck at Folsom Prison and time keeps draggin' on.
But that train keeps rollin' on down to San Antone.

When I was just a baby, my mama told me, "Son,
Always be a good boy; don't ever play with guns."

But I shot a man in Reno, just to watch him die.
When I hear that whistle blowin' I hang my head and cry.

I bet there's rich folk eatin' in a fancy dining car.
They're prob'ly drinkin' coffee and smokin' big cigars,
Well I know I had it comin', I know I can't be free,
But those people keep a movin', and that's what tortures me.

Well, if they freed me from this prison, if that railroad train was mine,
I bet I'd move it a little farther down the line,
Far from Folsom Prison, that's where I want to stay,
And I'd let that lonesome whistle blow my blues away.

The question is Who will print the icd 10 codes. now that Leah is no longer an employee.Who will input now that Toby and Gitty no longer in charge of the billing dept since they got their walking papers also. That is when the explosion will certainly happen. Remember all management is responsible for their reps as well as for themselves. Good Luck to all.May God bless . The Hasadic are smiling . They won the game.

This is the total truth with the Ponzi
Lawyers should question Leah and Toby since Gitty does not know anything

I am surprised with Ferrari Man

SP cannot help him much longer .The Navy Yard will never happen .We all could understand why

Why not quit ,wash your hands of all the dirty tactics that he was involved in ( I did nothing)

Close the chapter to this disaster

As it was said many decades ago

YOU CAN BRING THE MULE TO DRINK THE WATER BUT IF HE DOES NOT DRINK WHAT AM I SUPPOSE TO DO

He thinks this is all a farce. He is telling everyone it is only about one guy who was fired. Sp is quiet, but speaking out loud that he has never done anything.

How is it possible that he had at least double of what the next best rep had?

It is not possible without offering deals.

Sp has his story ready, he is speaking with his former co conspirators to get on the same page.

He is now speaking to people that certainly know his game as if he is Jesus Christ.

Telling people "we did nothing" wink, wink...

Keep to the story, and be loyal...

Was This statement wrong? The company has failed. Sheryl, we told you the end result on the day we met you. BTW, you are a rat!!!

Popular belief is that the lack of work from sales ruined this company. Wait a minute, the sales department brings in 100% of the revenue. So, what ruined the company? Let's start with Human Resources, This company was quick and nimble in addressing our hiring and firing policies. Now, we suck in both categories. The head of HR needs to go, no sorry the whole department and all their policies needs to go. You cannot go to every department and change salary structures. To many inside workers received increases and hence the lab is a loser. Incredible how little knowledge the new owners had about the industry, marketplace and business. You could have taken a person running a small grocery store in any community and done better then the clowns who bought this place. Simple business.
However, maybe there hands were tied by the policies of a big corporation. That is why every single lab deal that ever happened where a private lab was purchased by a major corporation has failed. every single one. BTW, this one has joined that as well.

Subject: Sales Director Compensation Question - Laboratory

Christian

As I meantioned in my voicemail a short while ago we have a time sensitive
compensation question that we would like to run by you.

We are in the process of establishing a sales director position for a new
market selling laboratory services to health systems. Based on the grade
of the position the salary range is from $107K to $161K. We have a very
attractive candidate in mind for this position who would leave her current
position in the medical device world where she has a sizable book of health
system clients.

She is looking for a package that will enable her to earn something
approaching her current salary level (approximately $38K) while she is
building her book of business in year one.

We would like to make the following offer:

Base Salary of $125K

Sign-on bonus of $50K payable within thirty days of date of hire.

Three additional $50K bonuses payable at the end of months 6, 9 and 12.
The payment of the bonuses is contingent upon her employment by the company
and her working toward developing the health system unit sales strategy.

This will effectively bring her package to $325K in year 1.

If she were to be terminated without cause in year 1 she would be eligible
for severance equal to one year's salary plus any unpaid bonus amounts.

If she were to leave the company without good reason or were terminated
with cause no severance or remaining bonus amounts would be payable.

In year 2 and thereafter she would receive the base salary of $125K and
commissions based on collected revenues at rates of 4% for first year
sales, 3% for the second year of an accounts collections and 2% for any
account collections in year 3 or thereafter.

Appreciate if you could respond via email if this is acceptable. If you
have any questions please feel free to give me a call at (201) 767-7070
x5811

Thank you very much for your assistance.

Phil
