Some DMs call them Pods, but the correct term is Team. Teamwork and Collaboration is all the buzz at BI. MAke sure you don't block out your counterpart from the sample closet next week or she will tell the DM. Make sure to meet with your counterparts (podmates) 3 times a week to discuss anything else but SALES. Call DMs across the region and share success stories of how you know the favorite Starbucks drink of a target. This place is the twilight zone.

They have spent too much already for it not to be used, it will NEVER go away. Great job being nimble BI!
 




"Nimble" HA! Now I hear things like "Empowered" which is complete bullshit. Though my all time favorite is "Sense of Urgency"

So, if I don't appear anxious and hyper, and I don't send a bunch of emails copying everybody about issues that I have no control over, then I guess my sense of urgency is lacking.

I do feel a little empowered to not use SFX, since it is a cartoon joke. I've done my own focus groups- by watching the doctors not pay attention when I used to use SFX.
 








The new platform for SFX will be out soon, on an I-Pad! It will resonate better with the physicians, and will improve integratation with data and location tracking.

I feel my sense of urgency and out of the box attitude aligning with those that can't sell.
 
















Negatives outweigh it - if you cant use it to detail more than one doc who walks up to you then it's a trash heap of a program. You just lost interest of Doc 1 when you clicking at the effin' screen trying to find another doc to sign for samples. So if you just want one Doc signing - its great. If you want more than 1 doc to sign - it's a monstrosity.
