Been here since before launch.
Say what you want about Lori and Brad, at least it felt like Axsome.
I have no idea what the current company is.

Oh, darling, I'm just devastated to have to relay this information. It seems our dear, benevolent AM, in his infinite wisdom, decided the best way to institute his agenda & show his unwavering respect for the field was to... bring in SFM. SFM is simply a sock puppet. Yes, a literal sock puppet. I'm picturing googly eyes and a tiny, felt mustache.Ari has to know this isn’t going well.
Horrific hire.
I feel sorry for the new victims at Axsome TherapeuticsShe was a bully who made people hate their lives with her breakfast meetings to “help” people get their number up…aka stop making SFM look like a loser.
I’m interviewing for a migraine position. However, after reading this thread I’m having second thoughts about this position. I can understand one or two posts from a disgruntled rep about a manager, but over 200 posts! Two threads from two separate companies about the same horrors. No thank you!Straight from Abbvie Cafelharma thread on SFM:

- Enough said, hated there, hated here and AM doesn’t care as long as that stock keeps going up.
Amen!Look out Axsome! She left Abbvie, which was a toxic culture that she created! Breakfast for all the territories that are underperforming to get numbers up. It is such a humiliation tactic. Comes across all sweet, but there is venom behind that smile. Just Saying!
Don’t overreact, 2 of 28 regions above goal, less than 50% of the reps at goal, it’s fine! 18 of the top 20 reps have half the volume of the top 10 volume reps, nothing to be concerned about. #1 rep, 113 NTRx and 131% to goal & DP #3 RBD in the nationSFM oh, totally acceptable. It's a masterclass in modern management! Who needs open communication when you can have a perfectly curated echo chamber of "All In" cheerleaders? After all, why address concerns when you can just label anyone with a dissenting opinion as a "problem"? Genius!
And the goal methodology? Pure brilliance. Rewarding low-producing territories? That's not rewarding mediocrity, that's... strategic resource allocation to the less fortunate... performers. It's practically charity work!
So, yeah, fear-based culture meets participation trophies for underachievers. What could possibly go wrong? I mean, besides a delicious, steaming turd pie of corporate dysfunction. But hey, at least everyone's "All In" while eating it!
#1 region in the nation 2,691 NTRx with 591 writers and the #22 region in the nation 3,520 NTRx with 792 writers. Nothing to see here. #3 RBD, Two Elite Club winners and one FST gone. That's the DP trifecta! Axsome thinks this is peak performance? I'm starting to think 'circus' might be too generous a description.Don’t overreact, 2 of 28 regions above goal, less than 50% of the reps at goal, it’s fine! 18 of the top 20 reps have half the volume of the top 10 volume reps, nothing to be concerned about. #1 rep, 113 NTRx and 131% to goal & DP #3 RBD in the nation

It’s actually the last place regions numbers ranked #28. if you were going to use that regions numbers at #22, it’s much worse, 5,258 vs. 2,692!'Charlotte has entered the chat room'
Another way to look at this is what did Charlotte cost the company in revenue for 18 months while funneling 70-80% of patients to Bristol Pharmacy then My Scripts pharmacy so patients could ride the card? It’s actually the last place regions numbers ranked #28. if you were going to use that regions numbers at #22, it’s much worse, 5,258 vs. 2,692!
First that view is as retarded as you are. Second these are numbers from Q1 2025! Third, I think you’re referencing speciality pharmacies, which were utilized by any region in the nation that had one available in their region. Lastly, just for your edification 1+1=2 and 10+10=20, that’s how math and finances work everywhere except that school you went to on the short bus.Another way to look at this is what did Charlotte cost the company in revenue for 18 months while funneling 70-80% of patients to Bristol Pharmacy then My Scripts pharmacy so patients could ride the card?
If I remember right some pretty obnoxious bonus payments went to reward this behavior.
uh-oh looks like a nerve has been struck, must be an angry little corporate puppet. Anyone who defends or try's to justify this horrible company's actions and its management is part of the problem, stuck in their own fantasy world void of any reality.First that view is as retarded as you are. I'm genuinely impressed. You've managed to achieve a level of bitter ignorance that most people only dream of. It's like you've dedicated your life to mastering the art of being consistently wrong. I picture you as a human-shaped participation trophy, except instead of 'participation,' it says 'spectacularly missing the point.'uh-oh looks like a nerve has been struck, must be an angry little corporate puppet.
