SB is testifying!

Wrong - that is the same suit that was settled with a preliminary announcement on March 18th from Dendreon. What you posted from today was the final settlement. Remember that you repeatedly claimed that this suit would bankrupt the company for over a year. Total cost to the company turned out to be only $2 million to settle the nuisance suit.

Your malicious misinformation campaign is never ending. PS there is NO SEC investigation of the company.

This is NOT the same suit. This is not a class action. This suit has about 20 plaintiffs and was filed on May 16 in Federal Court. You lie.

It absolutely is the same suit that was they announced they reached a preliminary settlement on March 18th. Insurance covered 95% of the settlement. The company carries officers & directors insurance, so why do you rehash the same lawsuit week after week? The company is fully insured from any potential liability.

Provide a link to the filing you claim for May 16th. You can not since no such filing ever existed.

I could not agree more. Obviously the person has an agenda out to hurt the company through a constant stream of completely false and misleading information.

The company carries officers and directors insurance and is fully covered from any liabilities from any past actions of former management that were long ago forced out of the company by the new senior management team. The new senior management team has over 30 years in the industry and is known to be of highest integrity and has a long history of successfully launching new drugs like Erbitix, Procrit, etc.

I agree. The company is fully insured. Non event.

Are all investigations closed? No, not nearly, it would have disappeared from financial reports if they were.

Is a company responsible if the CEO conspires with the board to promote wildly optimistic
sales projections until his program sell happens, then pulls them? Gosh, yes! Use common sense or look at the Qwest case.

Thank you for your common sense post.

All correct.

The posts on cafe pharma the last 18 months are the ONLY posts that have been completely accurate as the stock has gone from 57 to 4. Federal investigations began in this time frame as well. All you have to do is look at the company filings for disclosure regarding investigations.

Thank you for bringing common sense to this board.

The present sr. Mgt team is comprised of leeches and gouls from other sold off organizations.

There is NO investigation.

Not only is the quoted post silly, it is an outright lie.

Every 10Q since May 2012, says that Dendeon is under federal investigation. According to those filings Dendreon believes the investigation is related to the allegations of the class action suit that they recently settled for 40M.

Yes this very apparent from the highly repetitive posting of untrue and inaccurate information.

Is MG ever going to be charged for the train wreck that ensued after he pulled the baseless projections?

Is MG ever going to be charged for the train wreck that ensued after he pulled the baseless projections?

The gov't pretends they go after people like Mitch by investigating. CEO's are off limits when it comes to actually charging. The SEC takes action against small penny stock scams. They are on the same side as the Mitch's of the world. Sad but true.

The company is fully insured from any potential liability.

Does Avon not have D & O insurance, moron? D & O insurance does not pay for crime.

NEW YORK (MarketWatch) -- Avon Products Inc. /quotes/zigman/218767/delayed/quotes/nls/avp AVP -21.88% shares saw their biggest daily percentage drop in 14 years Thursday, down 22%, after the direct seller of beauty products said the Securities and Exchange Commission and the U.S. Department of Justice may propose much bigger than expected settlement terms over investigation into its alleged bribery practice in China and other countries. The federal agencies in June rejected Avon's proposed $12 million settlement offer. Avon said it was contacted by SEC staff in September, when SEC's suggested terms of proposed monetary penalties that were much bigger than Avon's earlier offer. The company said if the DOJ were to propose similar terms and the company were to enter into settlement, its "earnings, cash flows, liquidity, financial condition and ongoing business would be materially adversely impacted." The disclosure was made as Avon swung to a third-quarter loss following about a 20% sales drop each in North America and Asia. "There's no shortage of challenges for us," CEO Sheri McCoy said on a call.
