Who the hell are you to say anything with "100% certainty"? The SEC and the FBI are currently investigating he and others. Dendreon says they think this investigation is related to the lawsuits. It is absolutely 100% certain that he and others are being sued for breaking federal securities laws.

If I can give you serious advice, you should really consider who you might be calling a jackass. I dont think the poster with very specific information about deals and timelines is someone who posts here very often. It seems like a leak to me and if that is the case you are probably attacking a federal agent. Not very bright.

The posts on cafe pharma the last 18 months are the ONLY posts that have been completely accurate as the stock has gone from 57 to 4. Federal investigations began in this time frame as well. All you have to do is look at the company filings for disclosure regarding investigations.

Deal can be had by all 6, but worst 2 will have to do full restitution and 6 years (out in 2.5). Sounds light, but average murderer does 7 years in US (not by jury sentence). If they stay in denial and go all the way, they'll get nearly double. Middle two will serve some time, not so much. If the "middle" deals, then denial is going to be hard and they should just all sign the papers, do their time and live happy lives as janitors. Gov doesn't want trials so there will be a dance around the papers thru the end of the year before getting tougher which will make "the middle" sweat. SB gets the equivalent of the old "celebrity deal" and can be involved with public companies in the future.

You left out this sentence from the 10-k:

"The Company has insurance that it believes affords coverage for much of the anticipated costs of these proceedings, subject to the policies’ terms and conditions." So any legal liabilities are nearly fully covered by insurance. The shareholder suit was already settled last quarter.

The SEC investigation is the Gold investigation for insider trading. An individual commits insider trading, not a company. Since Gold was forced out of the company 1.5 years ago, insider trading charges are clearly Gold's problem and not Dendreon's.

The SEC investigation of Gold began in Sept 2011. There is no investigation of Dendreon and never has been. The only way for the SEC to develop information on Gold is by meeting with the new management of Dendreon. This is exactly whu Gold was forced out 1.5 years ago. The new management has done nothing wrong and no one has ever claimed that they did anything wrong. New management has not sold any of their stock or ever offered sales guidance. They actually bought stock with their own money. So what laws are you falsely claiming they broke? Any SEC is Gold's problem and not Dendreon's. Any litigation liabilities are covered by insurance. Get your facts straight.

Companies are responsible for the acts of their officers. It has been that way since the Securities Act of 1933. If there was no SEC investigation of Dendreon it would not be in their 10Q. It is interesting that you are the only person who hasn't shown up in the other place. You take your frustrations out here by giving misinformation.
