agreed, as soon as they realize this, things fall into place quickly. They will have to agree to no future role in publicly traded companies and likely still have some jail time on the table. I suspect they are hoping jail time is withdrawn (might happen, but with significant fines) and might hold out foolish hopes on the public company condition which will be non-negotiable as they screwed up so big here and staying on just shows how they didn't get it and need to be shown.
 






If the top signs first, obviously there will no longer be any room to negotiate for the middle or the bottom. If the middle signs first, the bottom will have no wiggle room.
 












Can the middle and lower work for private companies if they make a timely deal and possibly stay out of jail? There is a nice private company in SF called Jennerex. In fact, MG is currently on their BOD.

I think the 2nd guy on the top level can be reasonably assured knowing the narcissism of M that M won't sign until someone else signs first. The person on the top level signing first might get some small negotiating benefit. With that being said and according to above paragraph he would do best by signing ASAP before mid levels sign. As said before mid levels have most to gain by signing first.
 






People who read this thread are fully aware that the FBI has been investigating, the SEC is investigating. They are getting fair warning that although arrests could be months away, they could come at any time. Why would someone hold this stock? Cleaning up the company is good for the company if there is a long run but actual arrests are going to sink the stock at least for a while. How does anyone see the potential gain in the next 6 months outweighing major downside? Strange!

He just joined the BOD of a public company. I was thinking that maybe he was waiting to see if he could work for a public company.

Agree, all kinds of info getting out in that case. Why don't we hear anything more here? Why does Dendreon keep us in the dark? The standard line is that they are cooperating but investors need to know more. Avon says as much as they can whatever it does to the stock. They want to avoid further lawsuits. Dendreon is so amateur and never learns its lesson.

Also in the Avon case, the people who serve as distractions leave the company. They don't want to destroy the company by their presence. How the hell is MG and GS still around?

Are you really and truly this dense or are you really against the company but making yourself a punching bag so everyone can find out the truth about the company when you post some of the most insane things ever posted.

Look at the title of the thread you just posted on. Look at post 12. If those are not reasons to be worried about your shares, then it has to be some aspect of spectrum disorder that doesn't allow you to put different weights on things.

For instance, like rainman your only assertion has ever been some fantasy 49M cash burn number and that is the only thing that your brain allows you to weigh in your thought process. You don't even realize the title of the thread you are posting on and wonder where such specifics could possible be coming from in both the thread title and various posts in the thread.

Can you not decipher that this thread is different than other threads and seems to come from someone who doesn't post here regularly who is giving very very specific things that doesnt seem like other posts? This post has not been added to in weeks. the point was made and the poster was gone. Does spectrum issues not allow you to make deductions? Does it not allow you to reason? Does it just make you regurgitate a cash burn number while others post so many reasons the company is in trouble?

I honestly feel bad because it seems like a serious disorder leaves you able to function but not to reason in any adult kind of adult way or act in any kind of adult way when confronted with so many truths and people who are able to reason and deduce things like adults. If no one in your family or any possible friends you may have are going to help you and tell you to stop throwing away all your money, obviously there is nothing I can do from a bulletin board. The only advice I can give you is that if you have never been told there is a spectrum issue, I can tell you without a doubt there is. You are throwing away money. Now I have done my good deed for the day.

You take this "dumb message board" seriously. It brings out rage in you.

The board is informative and threads like the one you are currently posting on give information that anyone with any ability to deduce or reason like a healthy adult without a spectrum disorder would take seriously.

Avon gives great disclosure in it federal investigation. Dendreon gives poor disclosure on everything, so this thread was helpful. Maybe progress is being made so no leaks since this thread started.
 






I absolutely do not take this message board seriously. Most of the posts here are from one deranged serial liar - you. How could anyone taken this board seriously? The only reason I post here is to expose your lies in your vendetta against Dendreon. The only reason you post here is to damage Dendreon. Most everything you have posted here over the last year is untrue and has never come to fruition. You do not work for Dendreon nor do you know anyone that works there.

Provenga and Dendreon will move on to success and then all you will have left in your life is the pile of feces you currently are sitting in.
 












I can say with 100% certainty that NO ONE FROM DENDREON IS GOING TO JAIL! Mitch did nothing wrong nor did anyone else on the board or involved in day-to-day management. These incessant postings are from two types of people: 1 is the anonymous posters who have no skin in the game but like to trash talk because they can do so with impunity; and, 2 investors (using the term loosely) who are upst about massive losses and are unable or unwilling to wait for what should have been a reasonable length of time for this product to reach its full potential. The "I need instant gratification" crowd are like spoiled children. Just look at those who thought they had the pot of gold with facebook initial offering. With just minimal due diligence they would have seen that it was initially priced at $18 and was recast to $38 based on demand not performance or compay expectations.

Those that can wait will be rewarded middle of next year. Yes, the next couple of quarterly reports are going to hurt but I am standing pat. I did lose a lot of money but I am neither crying, blaming management or pumping. What Gold did was an honest mistake by an unseasoned CEO. His sale of stock is not a criminal act but the normal actions of diversification by a company person whose company has had a significant stock rise. Leave the man alone. You already tarred and feathered him. Undesrevedly so.

Keep the whining going if it makes you feel good but stop spreading lies.
