For those of you hoping to get rolled into Sanofi run for the hills. Worked there for 9'years! People are miserable and pipeline is spotty. They micromanage everything with their new challenger sales model, Lol.

Chris Kaplan hosting town a hall meeting this Thursday via teleconference for Sanofi employees. Quintiles reps apparently did not get the memo! Anybody else hear a chainsaw?
I just confirmed with my counterparts that they did receive the invite but I did not. Hmmmm....
Please elaborate - when, who, how?
Is our contract with sanofi just with Diabetes reps or do we have CV Quintiles reps, too?
I'm so glad that I recently left this awful contract for a better gig with a big time pharma company. Sanofi is terrible and Quintiles has become a joke. If I had to go back to contract sales I would go with Inventiv. They've been killing Quintiles in acquiring contracts for the past three years.
Conference call Friday. 2 different call in numbers. One is you're staying, the other you're gone. Don't know which is which yet. Good luck.

Trust me, you don't want to be at Inventiv. I'm trying to leave Inventiv but have to find another gig first. They micromanage more than I have seen in any of my previous jobs. What is quintiles like? Do they micromanage their employees?
Quintiles has been nice to work with. Honestly very hands off manager with realistic expectations. At least my experience.
Would somebody please address the elephant in the room? Sanofi will have to reduce "headcount" in the not too distant future! We are cheap labor with no cars, vacation or strings attached to the deal. How do you think we fair in all this? First? Last? Thoughts?

You are completely naive. We aren't even allowed to attend their private group awards ceremonies at the POA meetings and are forced to take our vacation days during time they already have off. They make no attempt to bring us into their fold. We can be cut and wall street doesn't have to know a thing about it, which makes Sanofi look like the bright shining turd they are.
What makes you think we will be intact? That's crazy!
Same old contract crap. Promise this, promise that. Then contract slams into a wall on hold because Quintiles becomes too greedy. Don't expect much from contract anymore.
