Sanofi Contract?

Recently got a call. Sanofi on Holiday for the Season, but in the beginning of the year, sales training for Diabetes meds. Hiring, starting in Feb. I think, 2nd wave for Diabetes market.

4 year contract! Well we can always hope.. that is an eternity in contract years...Client company could sign a 100 year contract, really doesn't mean much as they have plenty of easy out options to drop contract anytime.

No cars per Bridgewater Corporate.

You're happy about this? Your little clapping icon indicates this is the case. Some reps are pissed about this and feel lied to. You must be a rep who quit the contract or a Sanofi rep who feels threatened that new, results driven reps on contract may force long term Lazy reps to look for another job as YOU MAY BE REPLACED. Everyone I know on this contract has been working their tails off and deserve what we they were promised.

OH SNAP!!!!!

Keep your juvenile replies to yourself please. Are they still interviewing for this contract, I made it all the way through to the Sanofi RM interview who said he'd recommend me to the DM, then was told they put a hiring freeze on after their Florida meeting?? Thanks for any serious info provided.

How are things going on this contract? I was contacted about a PC position and I suppose i am just looking for some inside info on morale, manager situation ( i.e., Sanofi vs Quintiles), training. Any word on cars?
Thanks so much!

Has anyone heard of reps possibly being rolled over to Sanofi? I think if this were to happen, U300 would certainly have to be approved. Also, heard that reps may not be able to roll over per the contract. Any info on this?

Rolling over..the quest of the contract rep....It can happen, but my experience has been that it is getting much rarer...pharma co.s like contract concept of hire and fire with little pain...I've worked contracts where it was obvious that current contract reps would not be considered (I mean 6 openings in district and none filled by current contract rep? come on)

As to big travel meetings planned then contract cancelled? Happens all the time,, big regional/national meetings planned/budgeted months (year) in advance...Big regional meeting, fly in, 3 nights, entertainment, speeches etc..3 months latter contract cancelled.
