This is happening slowly, a few percent per quarter, not so quickly.

Thanks for the advice posted. I did speak to a number of Dendreon employees in various functions to get first hand information on the company. You are correct, they had mostly had good things to say about their jobs and suggested that I pursue a position.

To say that the sales force s stable is an utter lie. People are looking for jobs elsewhere at a frenetic pace. Let's be honest, John Johnson and Joe DePinto's non-regrettable employee inquisition has failed miserably. All that's left is themselves and their posse of inbred cronies. Amen. Most deceitful, despicable and deceptive people in management ever seen. The "everything is wonderful in la-la-land" propoganda is extreme (but hilarious to all in the NJ office who know the implosion is inevitable) and just a confirms how determined management is to maintain the pretense at any cost. The sudden exit of sales VP is yet another strong indicator of things to come. Get out asap!

Amen...,Could not agree more...I strongly agree....you are correct....LMFAO. You really think no one sees the same tired pattern you engage in when you talk to yourself? The wording is practically cut and paste from one thread to the next. The pattern is as follows: you make a declarative statement attacking Dendreon or someone that works at Dendreon and sounds like it was written by a 3rd grader. Next comes one of your sock puppets saying "Amen..." "I couldn't agree more..." Then it's 'I strongly agree' then it's 'you are correct'. Curious, do you have Auspergers syndrome or is it a Meth habit? You DO post at some highly unusual hours. At least you learned to post these responses 1 hour apart. Previously they were all within 2 minutes of each other. Sickening to watch an internet troll here only to malign our company for the personal financial benefit of a hedge fund that pays him minimum wage. Really pathetic.....

How did the interview work out for you? I accepted a position with Dendreon 6 months ago and I am very glad I did.

Only 7 reps openings. The lowest level in years. I have met a few of the new reps - super people and strong additions to the team.

Almost all the hospital account specialist positions have been filled as well.

Look at the company financials. The company has about 200M in cash and owes over 600M to bondholders in January 2016. The company loses money every quarter and management doesn't disclose much about how they will address these issues. Doesn't seem like a secure company to work for. That might be the answer to your question.
