Salary range and bonus for expansion?

It’s very questionable and a bit unsettling. I received an offer but not sure I will follow thru on the acceptance. I’m currently employed but miserable.At least I am familiar with the misery vs what Lexicon could bring.

I had 3 offers out and had to rescind on each one and just started the process all over. I have 1 individual hired and don’t expect to have my team hired due to the fact we had to start afresh with extremely stringent and specific experience, thus the enormous increase in Base for all those hired. Minimum base is now 170, with a ceiling of 185 based on exp. Start date is now estimated May 15, not yet 100% confirmed. Folks this is the straight up deal, take it or leave it. Desperately trying to help those in the process, but am not permitted to leak a word.

100% bullshit. 4/3 start date. Got my "Cleared to start" email from ADP tonight. Offered 2/21.

Due to so many open positions and all the interviews that bow have to happen by starting over, managers quitting, start date is estimated May 15.

not true. anyone not offered at this stage may be subject to a 5/15 start date.
my offer is for 4/3 and i'm cleared to start.
